In 2010 the FTC issued a Policy Statement on the collection of Decendent debt. There has been some confussion about Policy statement and recently a class action on the collection of decedent debt. This presentation would be to clarify the issues surrounding the new requirements including skiptracing issues. Further, the presentation will address common questions on communicating with survivors and hopefully avoiding a FTC Action.
