Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at Swissotel Chicago at a special discounted rate of $289.00 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 1-888-737-9477 and reference 21st Annual FSCOR room block.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Monday, September 30, 2013. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Attendees are to book their reservations directly with the Swissotel Chicago. NO OUTSIDE BOOKING COMPANIES have been contracted to assist with reservations. If you receive a call from an Exhibitor Housing Service, do not reserve through them.
