If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $895 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Friday, October 14, 2011.
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas at a special discounted rate of $169 (excluding taxes). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at 702-698-7100 / 877-551-7772 and reference 19th Annual FSCC room block or use code SSOUR1. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is October 7. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Monday, October 3, 2011 at the Freeman warehouse address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed above but not before Monday, October 31, 2011.
PLEASE NOTE:
All Exhibitor freight should be sent to the Freeman warehouse.
All items and material sent directly to hotel may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
