Trustee Wants Former Unicredit Chief's Bankruptcy Case Tossed

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court trustee wants a dismissal of the bankruptcy case of Michael J. Covatto, former president of collection agency Unicredit America Inc., which operated a fake courtroom allegedly to intimidate debtors.
