Tom is a Managing Partner of Becket & Lee LLP, which provides comprehensive nationwide representation of creditors and bankruptcy account servicing. With over 25 years of experience, Tom is frequently requested to speak on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues. He also works extensively with trustees and other industry professionals, providing his expertise on bankruptcy-related projects of national significance.

He's a member of the following associations: American Bankruptcy Institute; American Bar Association; National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees; National Conference of Bankruptcy Clerks; Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Tom has a B.A. from Villanova University and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
