Strategic Business Unit Operations Director
Kim Bonn is a Strategic Business Unit Operations Director for Xerox Business Services. She currently manages client relationship, performance and full P & L responsibility for their respective globally outsourced Finance and Accounting work. Prior to Xerox, Kim was the Vice President of Compliance and Quality for National Enterprise Systems (NES).
Kims focus at NES was managing compliance and quality for the changing customer profile and ever changing regulatory environment. In her short tenure with NES, she strengthened the network between the agency world and the Attorney General offices. Kims overall experiences has helped her bridge industry gaps and create better understanding of the inter-dependencies between the creditor, the vendor, regulatory bodies and, ultimately, the customer.
Kim also spent 18 years with Citi in a myriad of roles including Agency Management, Relationship/Vendor Management, Collections Operations Management, Customer Service and as a Senior Analyst. She left Citi as a Senior Vice President. Kim also possesses experience as the Retail Recovery Manager for US Bank as well as a National Human Resources Manager for US Bank.
She is an active member and leader in organizations such as the Professional Women in the Collections Industry Group and the Womens Executive Peer Exchange Network. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University and now resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2011, Kim was published as an industry consultant, The Compliance Handbook: A Users Guide by inside ARM.com and Kim Bonn,; Kaulkin Media, December 2011.
